About Bind Verify
Tenant screening still runs on documents that anyone can fake. We’re building the infrastructure to replace them.
85% of property managers have seen fabricated income documents. Fake pay stubs cost the industry billions in bad approvals, evictions, and legal exposure. And the people who suffer most are honest applicants — forced to hand over sensitive financial data that gets stored on servers they’ll never audit, to prove income they genuinely earn.
The problem isn’t that property managers aren’t trying. It’s that the tools they have — document uploads, manual review, employer phone calls — were designed for a world before Photoshop. The entire verification model is built on trust in artifacts that no longer deserve it.
Bind replaces documents with source-verified data. We pull income and employment information directly from payroll providers and banking institutions, apply screening criteria through a policy engine, and return a cryptographically verifiable result. No documents to forge. No PII to store. No fraud to catch after the fact.
We built the platform in Alaska and are focused on the residential housing market — public housing authorities, private landlords, and property management companies that need verification they can trust and compliance documentation that writes itself.
